We provide coaching/mentoring sessions for married and engaged couples. We are certified with Prepare Enrich, S.Y.M.B.I.S. (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts), Better Love (as Marriage Mentors) and Marriage Dynamics. We have also completed the Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 certification (Gottman Institute). We use these resources as supplemental material for our sessions.
For private mentoring/coaching sessions, our recommended method is for couples to start out with taking the Better Love assessment https://www.betterlove.com/.
Once the assessment is completed, we would then provide feedback/coaching sessions based on the results.
All the information for married couples applies to engaged couples except for the assessment. For engaged couples, we recommend taking the S.Y.M.B.I.S. assessment to provide a baseline for our time together. You can read more about the assessment here.
